However, when you purchase from us, you are not simply purchasing a strap, you are purchasing a promise. A promise that your strap won't be made using just "genuine" leather, nondescript suede or generic rubber. Your strap will be made from full grain leather, premium suede or FKM rubber. A promise that the design and materials used in your strap have gone through months of testing. One Year Replacement Warranty

We pride ourselves in creating straps which will last years however our straps are made from natural materials and on a rare occasion something can go amiss. All our straps are provided with a 1 year warranty protecting against failure of the leather, hardware or stitching. If there is ever an issue, simply send us a picture and description of the issue and we will either send replacement parts or a whole new strap.

Our warranty does not protect products which have been purposefully damaged or modified. Leather and suede are natural materials which will absorb liquids and so we cannot protect against liquid damage.
